Lead Technical Project Manager - SaaS Implementation

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for SaaS implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead and mentor project management teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven atmosphere in a remote setting.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, driving client satisfaction and adoption.
• Utilize project management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) and collaboration tools.
• Facilitate smooth integration of our SaaS product with client's existing systems and infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical project management, specifically with SaaS implementations or complex software deployments.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing remote project teams of varying sizes and disciplines.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) and collaboration tools.
• Experience with enterprise-level software integrations and data migration strategies.
• A strong technical background or a degree in a technical field is highly advantageous.
