Lead Project Manager, Digital Transformation

• Define and execute the strategy for digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological innovation.
• Lead and mentor project teams comprising technical specialists, business analysts, and change managers, fostering a collaborative remote environment.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, using robust project management frameworks.
• Oversee the development and implementation of new digital platforms, customer-facing applications, and internal process automation tools.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project impediments.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization, providing transparent and timely updates.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness in a remote setting.
• Drive the adoption of Agile and other relevant methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency and flexibility.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to support digital transformation efforts.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant focus on digital transformation and IT-related projects.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a fully remote setting.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with project management software such as JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data analytics, AI, and cybersecurity principles relevant to digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills tailored for remote interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project portfolios and budgets exceeding $1 million annually.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies for digital solutions.
