• Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Clean, transform, and prepare large, complex datasets for analysis and modeling.
• Evaluate and validate model performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing.
• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize business processes and outcomes.
• Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and draw conclusions.

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Pandas, Num Py).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
