Agile Project Manager - Software Development

Our client, a rapidly expanding software solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join their dynamic team. • Lead and coach cross-functional development teams in adopting and adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, priorities, and timelines in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and impediments, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and velocity reports.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between development teams, product management, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evolution of agile practices within the organization.
• Track project progress against key metrics and report on status to leadership.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate development teams.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is preferred.
• Experience in managing hybrid remote and in-office teams.
