SVETET is a website studio for business: we create, redesign, and refine sites that bring inquiries. CRM, automation, SEO/ads, and harder IT work sit around that core when they strengthen results — not instead of it.

The team works remotely. We respect the right to work from anywhere; timezone overlap is agreed with the lead, not a fake corporate 9-to-6.

We are looking for people who share a simple bar: ship real commercial work, speak plainly, and care about the lead path — not slide decks.

Many clients still run on 1C-Bitrix (Site Management) or Bitrix
24. We need a developer who can customize components, keep performance alive on mobile, and connect forms and CRM without losing leads — including migrations toward modern stacks when it pays off.

• 1–3 years with Bitrix Site Management;
  Bitrix
  24 experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years of PHP in commercial work.
• Solid MySQL and HTML/CSS;
  Git (or TFS) as daily tools.
• You have shipped at least one live catalog or lead-gen site on Bitrix.
• You can explain what belongs in a component vs a module vs a one‑off patch.
• Russian or English enough to discuss a brief and write a short handoff.

• Official contract / B2B or employment.
• Remote full‑time; start time agreed with the lead.
• Paid trial on a real Bitrix or staging surface — not unpaid homework.
• Mix of support, customization, and migration planning — not only firefighting.
• Rate review after the first shipped milestone.
• Direct loop with design, analytics, and backend when the stack spans beyond Bitrix.

• Develop, optimize, and support commercial projects on Bitrix (Site Management) and Bitrix
  24.
• Customize 1C‑Bitrix components, templates, and catalog UX that stay usable on mobile.
• Design and ship integrations with CRM, messengers, payments, and internal systems.
• Improve release and support process: staging, backups, rollback notes.
• Write short solution notes and handoff docs for the next engineer.
• Pair with design and analytics so forms, UTMs, and CRM fields survive end to end.

• 01 Bitrix sites – Catalogs, filters, product cards, landings — Site Management in production.
• 02 Bitrix
  24 & CRM – Leads, deals, webhooks, forms that reach the right card.
• 03 Integrations – Payments, messengers, analytics, internal systems — REST and queues when needed.
• 04 Migration path – When Bitrix is a dead end, help plan a staged move without killing traffic.
