- Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the execution of digital transformation projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with a significant focus on digital transformation or IT projects.
- Proven experience managing projects entirely remote using virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and software implementation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote setting.
- PMP or Agile certification is a strong asset.
