Technical Proposal Writer

Due to rapid growth, Oracle Government, Defense, and Intelligence (GDI) is seeking a Technical Proposal Writer that has a passion for cloud concepts, system integration, and cloud migrations that can support internal Oracle sales efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who is tired of working on the same project or with the exact same technology for months or years without the possibility of future growth. Those who excel in this role are motivated self-starters who love to solve challenging problems, are strong technical writers, feel comfortable working directly with customers and have an insatiable curiosity about what "is possible" with cloud technology.

The primary focus of a Technical Proposal Cloud Solution Engineer is to become an expert in a core set of Oracle products and solutions and to present the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to our partners, prospects, customers, and internally to our sales force.

This is a FLEXIBLE HYBRID position combining remote work with 1–2 days per week in our Reston, VA office. Candidates must be based in the greater Washington, DC area.

An active Top Secret clearance is required.
