This role is great because you will be the vital link between our customers and our industry-leading solutions, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business growth. You will enjoy a unique four-day schedule, four days on and three days off, providing excellent work-life balance while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

Key exciting responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to internal and external inquiries via phone and email.
• Partner with customers to provide quotes, share deep product knowledge, and match their needs with appropriate solutions.
• Drive subscription renewals, up-sell services, and troubleshoot technical issues with service activation and operation.
• Process sales orders and payments, update client accounts, and ensure data integrity across company databases.

Essential skills and experience include:

• At least two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven expertise in outbound customer communication, subscription renewals, and uncovering customer needs.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, internet browsers, and database management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, approachable, and outgoing manner.

Bonus points for:

• Conversational proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Background or strong comfort with technical customer support and troubleshooting.

Compensation:
Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring range: $19.62–$24.52
