Our client is seeking a skilled and strategic SEO Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and technical SEO.
You will work independently, collaborating with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets, aiming to significantly enhance online visibility and search engine performance.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
- Perform on-page and technical SEO audits to identify and rectify issues affecting website performance and rankings.
- Develop and implement strategies for link building and off-page SEO to enhance domain authority.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, title tags, and other on-page elements for search engines.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, providing regular reports and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform SEO strategies.
- Experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
