We are an AI security company protecting the world’s most valuable technologies from adversarial AI attacks. As enterprises race to put AI models, LLMs, and autonomous agents into production, traditional cybersecurity tools weren’t built to understand or defend them. We are building the security layer purpose-built for AI, spanning AI Discovery, AI Supply Chain Security, AI Runtime Security, and AI Attack Simulation.

Our model-agnostic platform defends against prompt injection, jailbreaks, model extraction, poisoned models, and unsafe agent behavior without requiring customers to expose their proprietary data, weights, or prompts. Founded by AI and security specialists, we recently closed a $100M Series B led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from Morgan Stanley, Microsoft’s venture fund, and Booz Allen Ventures, following more than 10x annual recurring revenue growth.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a senior, hands-on SRE leader to take significant ownership of our overall platform availability and reliability for customers. This is a true player/coach role: you will manage and grow a team, but your credibility will come from being the deepest reliability expert in the room. Think of it as a “Chief SRE Engineer,” a principal-level technical authority who can architect the solution, debug the incident, and lead the people.

You will operate across a multi-cloud environment, partner closely with engineering leadership, and have direct visibility with our executive team. We need someone who has thrived in a startup environment and knows how to build reliability practices while the company scales quickly.

• Own platform availability, reliability, and performance for our customer-facing AI security products.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the SRE/Platform team while staying hands‑on in architecture, automation, and production work.
• Serve as the go‑to subject matter expert on reliability, setting the technical bar for engineering.
• Define and drive SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and reliability standards across the organization.
• Architect and evolve scalable, resilient infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Lead incident management, on‑call practices, and blameless postmortems, and drive fixes to root cause.
• Build observability, monitoring, and alerting that gives the business real visibility into platform health.
• Improve CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and deployment practices to increase velocity without sacrificing stability.
• Report on platform health and reliability strategy directly to executive leadership.
