The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator for a fully remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States, with a requirement to align with East Coast hours. The candidate will support reliability, security, and efficiency of Microsoft 365 services, troubleshoot issues, and automate workflows.
Required are a Bachelor’s in IS/CS and 4+ years of experience, plus strong communication, scripting (Power Shell, Python/Bash), and ITIL process knowledge.
