Sapio Sciences seeks an experienced Scientific Business Analyst to define, implement, and support lab informatics solutions for life-science clients. The role requires deep expertise in LIMS, ELN, and SDMS platforms and involves remote work with occasional travel to customer sites.
Responsibilities- Consult with customers to define and tailor lab informatics solutions to their needs
- Implement Sapio platform solutions across client laboratory environments
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of deployed systems
- Travel to client sites for implementation, training, and support activities
- Deep knowledge of LIMS, ELN, and SDMS products and their laboratory applications
- Proven experience working in life sciences or pharmaceutical settings
- Consultative approach to solution definition and customer implementation
- Right to work in US or UK
- Experience supporting laboratory operations and workflows
