Product Designer and Frontend Engineer AI Training

Contribute expert written analysis that helps train next-generation AI systems across product design, UX research, visual design, accessibility, and frontend engineering. This remote contract role focuses on explaining the reasoning behind design and technical decisions, including trade-offs, constraints, user impact, and complex concepts for varied audiences. No prior AI experience is required.

• Analyze product and design challenges and document decision rationales in clear, structured English.
• Draft and refine design documents, usability reports, research summaries, RFCs, ADRs, and related analytical materials.
• Synthesize complex design and technical information into accessible, organized content for diverse audiences.
• Evaluate design systems, particularly Figma workflows, accessibility considerations, and frontend architecture trade-offs.
• Produce detailed user research reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Assess design and engineering approaches, documenting advantages, limitations, and strategic implications.
• Participate in structured reviews, providing expert feedback on submitted project artifacts.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in product design, UX, UI or visual design, or frontend engineering using JavaScript, Type Script, React, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience producing high-quality written deliverables such as design documentation, case studies, design-system documentation, usability reports, RFCs, or ADRs.
• Strong product design, UX design and research, UI or visual design, design systems, frontend engineering, accessibility, analytical writing, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Figma, contemporary design systems, and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to clearly explain and justify technical or design trade-offs for stakeholders.
• Experience with leading universities or highly regarded organizations is valued.

• Remote contract engagement.

• $90 to $140 per hour.
