- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 3+ years in Architect / Lead role.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4
HANA Finance implementations. - Expertise in New GL, COPA (Account Based), and Universal Journal.
- Experience with integrations to third-party systems and SAP modules.
- Knowledge of financial closing, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

HANA Finance Certification. - Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or FSCM.
- Exposure to RICEFW objects and SAP technical architecture.

- Knowledge of SAP BTP or automation tools is a plus.
