Pacific Office Automation is seeking an On-Site Customer Tech Support to join our Remote MFP Support team at a local office in Oregon, Idaho, Washington or Utah. We welcome problem solvers who are detail-oriented and able to multi-task; entry-level candidates can be trained for growth.
You will troubleshoot by remotely accessing client systems, communicate with customers via phone and email, and collaborate with sales, customers and field technicians to fix network issues and ensure success.
