Salary: $95,000 - 95,000 per year
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, Jira)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation
- Strong grasp of IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Certified Project Manager (PMP) or equivalent certification (optional)
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing IT projects from planning to execution and delivery
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies
- Plan, implement, and successfully complete IT projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall approaches
- Develop and oversee project plans, resource allocation strategies, and budgets
- Coordinate and direct cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Ensure that project deliverables adhere to quality, security, and compliance standards
- Communicate updates on project status, progress, and changes to relevant stakeholders
