The Recovery Village is seeking a Technical QA/Application Support Specialist to join our team. This fully remote role requires residence near one of our facilities and involves QA, Dev Ops, and end-user support across EHR, Salesforce, and AI-enabled tools.
You will develop test plans, validate workflows, manage API integrations, and ensure release readiness within Agile sprint cycles. A strong background in QA, Salesforce, and HIPAA is preferred.
