Digacore is seeking an IT Technician for a primarily remote helpdesk role. You will support a pod of clients remotely and visit Woodmere/Queens locations for cabling, hardware, and network installs, collaborating with our helpdesk and client success teams.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of hands-on IT support, basic networking knowledge, and experience with Windows 365. You will communicate with end users, including leadership, and document work in Connect Wise and IT Glue.
