You will own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents within SLAs, communicating clearly with customers and collaborating with IT teams.
The role requires HDI Analyst Certification within 10 days, and CompTIA A+ within 90 days, plus at least two years in a large enterprise
