Senior HRIS Analyst – UKG Pro (Remote Contract)
KMG Healthcare is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst for a national healthcare organization. This is a fully remote contract that starts right away and runs through the end of 2026. It is likely to be extended through 2027.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with some flexibility
Location:
100% remote (U.S.
-based)

Contract, full-time hours
Pay: $55per hour
About the RoleYou’ll work alongside the organization’s current Senior HRIS Analyst. You’ll handle day-to-day reporting and analytics requests and help keep its UKG Pro environment running smoothly. Requests come in through Service Now, so you’ll manage and resolve your own cases from start to finish.
What You’ll Do- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex reports in UKG Pro BI / People Analytics
- Create multi-join reports with correct handling of cardinality (1:1, 1:0, 1:n)
- Set up and manage burst reporting and Event Studio alerts
- Prepare and process web imports in UKG Pro
- Support general configuration in UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Analyze and present data in Excel for HR and business stakeholders
- Work and resolve HRIS cases in Service Now within service-level expectations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data cleanup
- Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro People Analytics (BI) reporting
- Complex UKG Pro report writing, including multi-join reports, burst reporting, and Event Studio alerts
- Experience with UKG Pro web imports
- Experience as a senior‑level HRIS or HR reporting analyst
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple requests at once
- UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration experience
- Experience working tickets in Service Now
- Background in healthcare or another multi‑site organization
