As part of a zone or country Enterprise Learning and Adoption team, work with Professional Services and project management to deliver high-quality Learning and Adoption Services and end user training.

Contribute to the delivery of Enterprise Learning and Adoption programs in agreed DI domains that enable customers to minimize user adoption risks and to achieve superior adoption of the Digital Enterprise solution.

Deliver standard and custom instructor-led training in center, at customer sites or as distance learning.

Apply aspects of Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of Customer user  collaboration with the lead Learning Architect, follows the Learning and Adoption work stream of customer programs deploying multiple Siemens DI products within a single domain (for example: DI, STS, DER) to multiple locations.

Actively participates in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.

Works under self-management on routine assignment/projects and light supervision on new assignment/projects.

Works on projects/assignments of basic to moderate scope.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in person and online training classes to our customers utilizing our Active Workspace and Teamcenter product suite.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, command of specific technical subject matter, ability to learn new technologies very quickly, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in the simplest possible terms (relative to the audience)
• Stimulate interest and enhance learner understanding through appropriate anecdotes, stories, analogies and humor. Use activities that allow learners to review and apply content at appropriate intervals.
• Apply Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of customers user communities.
• Actively participates in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position
• Preferred, not required: 3-10 years of experience in design, development and delivery of training, and blended-learning solutions
• Strong hands‑on experience using Active Workspace is absolutely required; please have this in your resume within the roles you worked with it in.
  * Please have Active WS clearly written in your resume as to where you used that experience*
• Experience with additional Teamcenter products is helpful, however must have experience with Active WS.
