As a Senior Net Suite Consultant, you'll drive transformative change for our clients and our organization. Your strategic leadership and innovative solutions will shape the future of our Net Suite practice, driving tangible business outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence. Please note:
This is a remote position, you must be based in India and are comfortable working 9-5pm EST (night shift) for this role.

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in the development and execution of Net Suite initiatives. Collaborate with senior management to define the vision, goals, and roadmap for our Net Suite practice

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client accounts. Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop tailored Net Suite solutions that drive tangible results.

• Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of complex Net Suite solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, scalability, and sustainability. Provide guidance on customization, integration, and optimization strategies to maximize the value of the Net Suite platform

• Team Development: Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and expertise in Net Suite. Lead by example, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices to elevate the capabilities of the team

• Project Management: Lead implementation projects through all phases:
  Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, and Support. Manage scope and requirements while ensuring projects remain within budget and allocated resources. Lead configuration workshops and manage project activities

• Testing and Training: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Systems Interface Testing (SIT), and End User Training (EUT)

• Data Migration and Analysis: Define data migration strategy and lead all data migration activities. Perform gap analysis on business requirements, system design, and execution

• Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Net Suite ecosystem. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop new methodologies, and contribute to the advancement of our Net Suite practice
