Remote Hospitality Technology Lead

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a significant focus on the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing software development teams and projects in a remote setting.
• Deep understanding of hotel technology stacks, including PMS, CRS, POS, and guest-facing applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data management principles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote work setup.
