**** Overview
* * We are seeking multiple experienced Senior IT Project Managers with strong backgrounds leading agile/waterfall IT initiatives within the financial services/banking industry for large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in the digital banking space.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise digital banking projects across multiple work streams.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Lead information technology projects, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance throughout the process.
* Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Track and manage project budgets, scope, and schedules.
* Escalate issues promptly and effectively to ensure resolution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
* Utilize Agile, Waterfall or hybrid practices to manage tasks, sprints, and team deliverables.
** Qualifications
* ** 7+ years of experience leading end to end enterprise technology projects (both apps and infra preferred)
* Experience in financial services or large banking environments is required.
* Experience leading digital banking initiatives is highly preferred.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to lead with respect and drive teams into action.
* Agile & Waterfall Project Management background.
* Strong proficiency in Jira.
* PMP is preferred
