Lead AI tools and automations remotely from anywhere in Canada, using APIs and Apps Script to improve LiveCA’s operations. Build practical systems for a remote-first CPA firm.
As LiveCA’s AI & Automations Manager, you will lead the team developing tools that support firm priorities. You will create an actionable roadmap, manage requests, and oversee delivery from scope through rollout. This role suits leaders with management, operations, or product experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the prioritized AI build roadmap and development backlog
- Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of firm requests
- Oversee builds through scoping, testing, and rollout
- Design and deploy tools, automations, and integrations
- Measure and present AI adoption impact and relevant KPIs
- Five-plus years in management, operations, or product leadership
- Experience leading teams through change and capability-building programs
- Strong understanding of no-code, low-code, Apps Script, and APIs
- Comfort using AI tools for planning and problem-solving
- Experience analyzing operational data and presenting recommendations
