Digital Project Support Officer (NHS role)

Pay is £14.52/hr + holiday pay (worth £2.04) + NHSP pays for your Employer’s NI (worth £3.08) ==> a total of £19.64/hr

Expected duration: 6 months

This is working for the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS FT

Hybrid working - 4 days per week work from home, 1 day per week working on site.(Monday for weekly catch up)

Key requirement

Ideally previous Project Support Officer (or similar) experience along with (ideally some knowedge of IT/Digital) - if you've got experience of the sort of thing described below under the 'Role' section, then you will be of interest for this position. The role is supporting the Digital project management team.

Role

This role provides administrative, coordination and delivery support to the Digital Delivery Manager across technical and digital transformation programmes.

The position involves coordinating meetings, maintaining delivery documentation and governance records, tracking actions, risks, issues and dependencies, and supporting reporting and stakeholder communications.

The role requires regular use of Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot, as well as strong organisational and communication skills.

In simple terms: this is a Digital Delivery/Programme Support role focused on keeping projects organised, tracking progress, coordinating people and meetings, maintaining governance documentation, and making sure delivery teams have the information they need to stay on track.
