About Us

We are a UAE-based organization committed to effective legal support, information governance, and defensible electronic discovery. We are seeking an experienced Senior E-Discovery Specialist to manage electronically stored information (ESI), support litigation and investigations, and ensure accurate, secure, and compliant digital evidence handling.

Key Responsibilities

Manage e-discovery activities from data identification and collection through processing, review, and production.
Identify, preserve, and collect electronically stored information relevant to litigation, investigations, and regulatory requests.
Coordinate with legal counsel, IT, compliance, and external service providers on discovery requirements.
Manage electronic evidence from emails, documents, databases, collaboration platforms, and other digital sources.
Apply document processing, deduplication, metadata extraction, filtering, and review workflows.
Maintain chain-of-custody records and ensure the integrity and traceability of electronic evidence.
Support document review, privilege identification, redaction, and production preparation.
Operate e-discovery platforms and electronic document review tools.
Monitor discovery deadlines, project milestones, data volumes, and production requirements.
Identify data collection issues, processing errors, and potential preservation risks.
Maintain accurate project documentation, audit trails, and quality control records.
Ensure appropriate confidentiality, access controls, and compliance with applicable UAE legal and data protection requirements.
Recommend improvements to e-discovery procedures, technology, and operational efficiency.
Provide technical guidance to junior e-discovery personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related discipline.
Typically 5–8 years of experience in e-discovery, litigation support, digital evidence management, or legal technology.
Strong understanding of electronically stored information, document review workflows, metadata, and evidence preservation.
Experience with e-discovery platforms and document review systems.
Familiarity with litigation holds, chain of custody, confidentiality, and data protection principles.
Knowledge of applicable UAE legal requirements is advantageous.
Strong analytical, technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
High standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professional integrity.
Experience managing digital workflows and collaborating with remote teams is preferred.
