Senior Field Services Engineer

Position: Senior Field Services Engineer Support
Support S&C Electric Canada customers remotely through technical troubleshooting, wiring diagrams, and hybrid work with two work-from-home days.
This senior specialist supports S&C Protection and Automation products through Tier 3 assistance. The position suits a technical professional with strong analytical skills and field service experience troubleshooting medium voltage equipment. Customers receive support by phone, video conferencing, email, and Salesforce. The work helps resolve complex product application issues beyond Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for escalations from Field Service Engineers and Technicians
Troubleshoot equipment issues through phone, teleconference, email, and Salesforce
Collaborate on recurring customer issues and recommend improvements
Identify replacement or upgrade parts and obtain sales pricing
Provide product training and occasional customer-site troubleshooting support
Requirements:
Electrical or Electronic Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent
Four years of experience in a similar capacity
Ability to interpret electronic, electrical, wiring, and mechanical diagrams
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Medium voltage protection product knowledge preferred; travel ability required
Apply technical analysis, customer communication, and medium voltage troubleshooting to support S&C products through Tier 3 service.
