Project Manager - Business Systems Integration

Our client, a progressive technology solutions provider based in Pretoria , is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead the integration of complex business systems. This role is critical for enhancing our client's service delivery capabilities and ensuring seamless data flow across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of managing system integration projects, demonstrating strong technical acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company from anywhere, impacting operations across Gauteng and beyond.

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business systems integration projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business needs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, system architects, business analysts, and end-users.
• Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
• Ensure smooth transition and adoption of integrated systems by end-users.
• Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to stakeholders regularly.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years specifically focused on business systems integration.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise-level software integrations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data migration strategies, and system architecture.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Experience working in a remote team environment is essential.
• This is a fully remote role, but occasional travel to Pretoria , Gauteng may be required.
