• Execute routine network maintenance tasks, including software/firmware updates and configuration changes.
• Respond to network alerts and alarms, performing initial troubleshooting and escalation as required.
• Document network events, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.

• Associate's degree or relevant technical diploma in Networking, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
