Field Service Specialist

Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly competent Field Service Specialist to join their remote team, serving clients in and around Paarl, Western Cape . This role is structured to be fully remote, enabling you to provide expert technical support and service delivery from your home office. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to specialized equipment, often through remote diagnostics and virtual guidance.

• Provide expert remote troubleshooting and technical support for a range of equipment.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a field service, technical support, or similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in remote diagnostic techniques and tools.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in using CRM or ticketing systems for documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
• A relevant technical diploma or certification is highly desirable.
