Senior UI​/UX Designer Digital Innovation

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define user needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to define product vision and strategy.
• Work with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide ongoing support.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and stakeholder input.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile application design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting various forms of user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
