• Assist clients with the configuration, installation, and maintenance of network equipment via remote access tools.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support guides.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product development teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Monitor network health and alert systems, responding to critical incidents with urgency.
• Conduct remote training sessions for clients on network management and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in network engineering, network administration, or technical support for complex network environments.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Solar Winds, Nagios, Zabbix) and diagnostic utilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote client interaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS) are highly advantageous.
