Architect comprehensive Paradox solutions aligned to client business objectives, serving as the primary subject matter expert for Paradox functionalities, integrations, and tools. Lead solution design and provide deep technical and functional guidance across platform and integration considerations, including identifying best practices and potential limitations. Contribute to project planning by helping define goals and success criteria, and provide strategic oversight of implementation decisions.

Facilitate requirements gathering through discovery sessions and design workshops to understand current state, pain points, and desired future state. Oversee configuration and implementation in lower tenants and production, including data feed setup (Job, User, Location) and technical integrations such as SSO, O365/Google calendar connections, and virtual interview platforms.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Paradox. Workday Paradox certification is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders including business, technical, marketing, and legal teams. Experience leading requirements mapping and configuration design, including attribute/status mapping and recommendations for leading-practice configuration. Proficiency with SSO implementation and identity providers (Okta, Azure, One Login), plus calendar integrations with Office 365 or Google Calendar and familiarity with video conferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google Meet).

Opportunity to architect end-to-end Paradox solutions, from initial design through go-live and hypercare. Role centered on impactful AI assistant implementation and conversational recruiting experiences. Ownership of requirements, configuration oversight, and validation support across SIT and E2E/UAT. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to shape decisions in an agile environment. Clear pathway to apply deep Paradox product expertise across Conversational Recruiting Platform (CEXP), Conversational Apply, Conversational Scheduling, Conversational Events, and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM).
