SaaS Sales, IT Project Manager
Gearset is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding projects end to end for our SaaS customers, including enterprise accounts. You’ll own the plan, coordinate technical discovery, and ensure go-live with minimal risk while guiding customers through early value realization.
You’ll collaborate with CSMs, Dev Ops and engineering teams, manage stakeholders from admins to executives, and run training sessions to help customers get the most from Gearset.
