Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role for an experienced Technology Support Engineer in the UK or Portugal. The role will be located in the UK, Portugal or Spain with flexibility to work from home.
The Technology Support Engineer will be responsible for day‑to‑day tasks related to analytical skills, troubleshooting, communication, and technical support.

- Analytical skills
- Strong communication and technical support skills
- Experience in IT support and technology services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus
