Our IT team is looking for a motivated IT Support Intern to help manage and maintain technical infrastructure. This internship is perfect for students passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support to employees.
- Assist with installation and configuration of software/hardware.
- Troubleshoot common IT issues (network, printers, applications).
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support in setting up user accounts and access controls.
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are followed.
- Monitor system performance and uptime.
- Help secure company systems with antivirus updates and patches.
- Collaborate with the IT team for infrastructure upgrades.
- Assist in managing cloud-based applications (Office 365, etc.).
- Provide support for remote working setups.
- Learn IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Support cybersecurity awareness training.
- Document troubleshooting procedures for internal use.
- Gain hands‑on experience with enterprise IT tools and platforms.
