We're looking for an experienced Client Enablement Manager to join our team full-time.
Cogent is a Diamond Hub Spot implementation and integration consultancy. We help businesses build the systems behind their marketing, sales and customer service, the kind people actually want to use. We're looking for someone with at least four years' experience in a delivery or implementation role at a Hub Spot Solutions Partner, or recent experience running Hub Spot inside a marketing, sales or service team.
Our approach is simple: understand a customer's business, people and processes before applying any technology, so they can trust us implicitly.
We're a small but agile team, so you'll be key in delivering these projects: the plan, the client relationship, the build oversight and the training, from handover through to go-live, running every project through our own five-stage delivery methodology, with guidance and trust from our Head of Delivery and wider team where their expertise is needed.
What you'll be doing- Owning allocated client projects end to end, from handover through to go-live
- Running every project through Cogent’s delivery methodology
- Keeping clients proactively informed
- Maintaining progress on projects within scope and quality guidelines
- Delivering client and internal training
Based between Perth and Dundee, Cogent is an agile and growing Hub Spot Diamond Implementation partner with a strong emphasis on integrations with other systems. We evolved from 30 years of experience within a heavily ERP-dependent environment, and experience in this area would be an advantage.
As we grow, this role exists to build a more repeatable delivery process, and you'll have genuine influence over how it's shaped.
What we're looking for- Experience delivering projects independently, from start to finish
- Hub Spot experience, or a background implementing another CRM or business system
- Comfortable being the key person on a project, and asking for assistance where needed
- Picks up new tools quickly: alongside Hub Spot we use Supered, Lovable, Claude/ChatGPT and Git Hub
- Able to work with customers across every level of their business, becoming a trusted advisor they turn to well beyond the project itself
- Flexible and adaptable: priorities in a growing business shift and you're comfortable moving with them
- Takes ownership of their workload, with a clear handle on where every project stands
- Experience working across businesses of every size, from the fast decision-making of a small business through to the more formal stakeholder and procurement processes of mid-market and enterprise clients
- £45,000 pa, depending on experience, plus a discretionary delivery incentive for exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction levels
- Onsite or hybrid working from our Glencarse office, or remote working.
- There is potential for progression as the company evolves
