Cheltenham | on site as required, flexitime and home working
We're partnering with a specialist software consultancy that builds mission-critical data and analytics solutions to keep the UK safe. They need a Delivery Lead to turn ambitious ideas into operational capability.
What you'll do:- Lead multiple in-flight software projects to agreed cost, time, quality and scope
- Combine traditional project management with Agile and scaled Agile delivery
- Own the commercial side: budget tracking, forecasting and risk
- Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams
- National security project delivery experience
- Hands-on Agile experience, including active involvement in Scrum
- Experience with several delivery methods
- Strong commercial awareness and conflict resolution skills
- Autonomy to shape how projects are delivered and drive best practice
- Flexitime and home working where the work allows
