Bilingual Insurance Business Analyst

Analyze insurance business problems remotely for Tech Biz Global’s client while applying bilingual English and Spanish communication skills. Eastern Time availability is required.
This full-time Business Analyst role supports an insurance or Insurtech client team. You will collaborate with clients and technology teams, document requirements, design processes, and support application testing. The work includes Agile practices, user stories, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business problems and propose solutions with clients and technology teams
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Design simple to moderately complex processes and system modifications
Create test scenarios and support business application testing
Support QA, UAT, and project release phases
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
Required insurance industry experience; health insurance or Insurtech preferred
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, epics, and sprints
Solid facilitation, process mapping, UAT, and requirements gathering skills
Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
