Remote E-commerce Data Analyst & Insights Specialist

You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, customer behavior, marketing campaign performance, and website analytics to provide strategic recommendations that drive growth and optimize the e-commerce experience.

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to e-commerce sales, customer behavior, website traffic, and marketing campaign performance. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to present key insights and trends to stakeholders. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business objectives. Perform deep-dive analyses to understand customer segmentation, purchase patterns, and lifetime value. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities, providing recommendations for optimization.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. Develop predictive models and forecasts to anticipate future trends and inform business planning. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data collection and analysis. Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis, e-commerce analytics, and business intelligence tools. Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is essential.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Advanced skills in statistical analysis and modeling.
• Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
