Senior IT Business Analyst - UKG Project

Location:

Cleveland, Ohio (Remote)

Role Overview Our organization is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to serve as a vital liaison between information technology services and various business service lines. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team responsible for configuring applications to enhance operational efficiencies and workflow needs. This remote position requires a professional who can independently manage application upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and facilitate clear communication across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities Configure and support workforce management applications, specifically focusing on time and attendance systems.

Manage, communicate, and manipulate data utilizing SQL databases.

Support and troubleshoot inbound and outbound interfaces to ensure seamless data flow.

Produce and maintain custom reports utilizing industry-standard report writers such as Crystal Reports.

Independently manage components of application upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and support efforts.

Collaborate with other scheduling applications and analysts to ensure optimal system integrations.

Resolve system hardware and timeclock issues without assistance.

Utilize and maintain established change control procedures and standards.

Lead the escalation of technical issues with appropriate resources and resolve service desk tickets.

Required Qualifications

Education:

A High School diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience:

Four or more years of experience supporting business applications is required.

Experience with in a healthcare environment is highly desired.

Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in SQL databases, LAN, DNS, and networking is required. Candidates must possess knowledge of disaster recovery procedures, backup procedures, HL7 Interfaces, and SQL-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with business applications such as productivity, analytics, patient scheduling, or financial systems.

Demonstrated skills in project management and business workflow redesign.

Familiarity with integration platforms and information technology infrastructure standards.
