• Provide first-level technical support for client products
• Troubleshoot issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures
• Handle calls empathetically while listening to customer concerns
• Document customer interactions in electronic systems
• Coordinate resolutions and schedule service calls

• Reside in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, or New Brunswick
• Hold an accredited technical or clinical education credential
• Bring two years of technical or medical device support
• Use electronic documentation systems confidently
• Maintain hardwired internet and a secure home workspace
