Use remote diagnostics and MR expertise supporting Siemens equipment as a Remote Support Specialist 3, working Friday through Monday onsite remotely. Troubleshoot technical issues, guide engineers, and communicate solutions across customer support channels.
Siemens Healthineers seeks an ambitious Remote Support Specialist 3 – MR for the next step in their career. The position supports Customers and Customer Service Engineers servicing Siemens MR equipment. It combines remote product support, technical assistance, escalation management, and factory feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide remote technical support for Siemens MR equipment
- Dispatch notifications and create quality action plans
- Use remote diagnostics to resolve technical issues
- Follow escalations and communicate with HSC/QIB
- Assist with international onsite equipment repairs when required
- Associate degree or two years vocational technical training
- More than eight years working on MR systems
- Ability to troubleshoot remotely using Siemens Remote Services
- Good communication skills
- Availability Friday through Monday, 0730 to 1630
