Apply remote diagnostics and MR expertise supporting Siemens equipment for Customers and Customer Service Engineers. Work Friday through Monday, 0930–2030.
As a Remote Support Specialist 3 – MR at Siemens Healthineers, you will perform defined service delivery tasks for customer equipment. The work combines remote and on-site product support, troubleshooting, escalation management, and technical communication. You will also share advice, training, and assistance with support staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide remote technical support for Siemens MR equipment
- Use remote diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Dispatch notifications and provide quality action plans
- Follow escalation processes and communicate with HSC/QIB
- Travel internationally for on-site repairs when required
- Associate degree or two years vocational technical training
- More than eight years working on MR systems
- Ability to troubleshoot remotely using Siemens Remote Services
- Good communication skills
- Availability Friday through Monday, 0930–2030
