Utilize your expertise in performance optimization and data analysis to ensure efficient operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and employ advanced tools for seamless business workload management.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze system health and performance across various resources.
- Detect and resolve resource anomalies and workload issues promptly.
- Develop and implement performance tuning strategies.
- Contribute to capacity planning and resource optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with teams to provide technical support and guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field.
- 10 years of experience in mainframe systems and performance management.
- Proven experience in resolving real-time systems performance problems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
