Rate: £475 or £540 per day Inside IR35 DOE
iO are supporting a major Government programme and are seeking experienced Service Designers to help shape and improve user-centred public services.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing end-to-end services across multiple channels and touchpoints
Mapping user journeys and service blueprints to identify pain points and opportunities
Working closely with User Researchers, Business Analysts, Product Managers and Delivery teams
Applying GDS principles and standards throughout the service lifecycle
Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
Using evidence and user insight to drive service improvements
Contributing to discovery, alpha, beta and live phases of delivery
Key experience required:
Proven Service Design experience within Government, Public Sector or highly regulated environments
Strong understanding of GDS service standards and user-centred design
Experience creating service blueprints, journey maps and design artefacts
Ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders
Active SC Clearance or a clearance that has recently lapsed
