Senior Legal Operations & Admin Executive; Fully Remote

• Own the contract execution and filing process end to end, so contracts are issued, recorded, and easy to retrieve.
• Oversee payment requests, invoice review, and budget tracking, working with Finance to resolve billing issues.
• Manage vendor onboarding, renewals, rate-card administration, and external legal counsel guidelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in legal operations or related roles such as legal finance or contract management.
• Experience designing processes that handle high volumes of payment requests and documentation accurately.
• Fluency in English and confidence working with large datasets and spreadsheets.

Nice to have:

• Experience administering or implementing matter management, contract management, or e-billing platforms.
• Scripting or automation skills, such as Python, APIs, or low-code tools.
• Project or change management experience, ideally in fintech or crypto.
