Systems Administrator
The Jackson Laboratory is seeking a Senior Application Administrator to design and develop system software for the Service Now ITSM platform. In an Agile/ITIL environment, you will analyze user needs, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and upgrades.
Key duties include triaging issues, configuring updates, building dashboards, and coordinating UAT and production rollouts with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years Service Now experience are required.
