Informatica MDM Support Lead
Role SummaryThe Offshore MDM Support Lead will oversee day-to-day support operations, coordinate support analysts, and ensure adherence to service levels for MDM, CDI, and CDQ applications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead offshore support team activities.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Coordinate production support and enhancement activities.
- Monitor application performance and data quality metrics.
- Manage support queues and prioritization.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Collaborate with onsite SME and business stakeholders.
- Prepare support dashboards and status reports.
- Strong experience with Informatica MDM.
- Hands-on experience with IDMC CDI and CDQ.
- Experience managing support and maintenance engagements.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with Informatica CLAIRE.
- Experience leading offshore support teams.
- Exposure to cloud-based data management platforms.
